Through this Letter, I take an opportunity to wish a Very Happy and Prosperous Times ahead to all of you in terms of Health, Wealth and Education sphere of your Child.

We are very pleased to share that Malviya Convent School has been entering into its 11th Year of Educational Excellence in Coming Session 2021-22. MCS has successfully completed its 10th Milestone in the Journey of providing quality education. I must take this as an opportunity to thank you all for placing trust and reliance in the School Policies, Vision and Systems. MCS is working under the parentage of Sanjeeta Shiksha Samiti which is working in the field of Education with its splendid works since 1967. By this way, it makes a 51st Year in the field of Education.

We look forward to working and learning with all of you throughout the coming school year. We are looking forward to an exciting year of learning, READING, and growing together. As we continue with our focus on literacy, we, along with parents and caregivers, will encourage children to set goals for reading that will help to develop a life-long habit and love for reading. Students need to read for a minimum of 20 minutes each day at home.

Our main goal is the academic development of each student. Our staff works hard to ensure that each child is given the necessary tools for lifelong learning in literacy, numeracy and critical and creative thinking. We encourage students to develop personal and social values and skills (character education). Our students are encouraged to become involved in a wide variety of educational experiences, both curricular and extra-curricular. A variety of after-school programs provide students an opportunity to participate in health promoting activities.

We believe that as we (the school, the home and community) collaborate and work together, we can ensure that each student will receive the best learning experiences possible and the confidence to be a lifelong learner. We look forward to an exciting year of learning as we embark on a new school year!

We would like to officially share the following details with reference to Coming Session 2018-19. Kindly Note the following: –

Admissions are officially open for the Coming Session 2021-22 now with details as under: –

Priority will be given to already studying siblings or cousins in the School. Seats Available for Admission to various Classes are as follows: –

Few Points: –

1. Admission Forms are available at School Reception. Last date of submitting the forms for School Parents is 26th February 2021, Friday.
2. Kindly download Our Mobile App “Studybase” from Google Play Store. It would help you in instantly getting the information and updations from School.
3. It is pleasure to share that School has got Affiliation of Humanities Stream also from CBSE. Admissions will be open in Humanities Stream in Class 11th after February.
4. MCS is planning to go for Complete Online System of ERP and Software. It would be a great help to Parents for strengthening the communication aspects. Placing due Reliance of Safety of students, A GPS System will be integrated in this online system for Transportation Module. For Kids Zone Classes, already MOU has been done and
   implementation process has been started,
5. Though the school is very rigid in maintaining the maximum number of students in a section to 40 only as per CBSE Rules. The same pattern will be very strictly followed in the coming session also. For Kids Zone Students maximum students in one section will be rigid to 20.
6. Various After School Programs through Cricket Academy, Skating Academy, Martial Arts & Self Defense and Dance are being regular part of School Facilities, which are proposed to be re-launched with additional features.
7. A Swimming Pool is proposed to be added in the Coming Session for Kids Zone and Primary Classes Students up to 4 Feet height as an important part of Physical Development of Child.
8. As per the instructions of CBSE, School will be totally going on Cash Less Mode from the Coming Session 2021-22.
9. A New Cafeteria with Modernized Features is being proposed to be re-launched in the coming Session.
10. In order to improve the Learning at Home, it is desirable to self equip with the basic computer and technical knowledge. School is offering RSCIT course (Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology) in Evening timings. Parents especially the mothers and grandparents can take the benefits for self  development. Also, for Classes 11th & 12th, such course is proposed to be carried out on compulsory basis along with regular Classes
11. It has been decided to introduce one Foreign Language as additional language to be taught in Middle Classes.
12. It is a pleased moment to share that a New Montessori Branch of Kids Zone (Pre Primary Classes) has been functioning at Indira Gandhi Nagar, Jagatpura. It is being one of the largest Playgroup unit in the area of Jagatpura and surroundings. Admissions are open for that Unit and Model Town Unit also.

As members of a family we shall be interdependent on each other to fulfill our common motto i.e. working for the best in the direction of making your child independent and a responsible social being well equipped with weapon of education in this competitive world.
