Curriculum

Malviya Convent School will follow an educational system based on 10+2 pattern of instruction of the CBSE within the broad Framework of the Recommendation of the NCF-2005. We also intend to have linkages with the Cambridge University Examination and the ESOL Examinations through the British Council in India.
The system would constitute, besides the Playgroup, 14 years of schooling starting with one year of Nursery (Children should be 3 plus in age on 1st of April in the session of admission). This will be followed by one year of preparatory Class in the K.G. (Kindergarten) and finally a total of 12 years of Primary, Secondary and Senior Secondary schooling.Presently we will cater to Pre-primary to Senior Secondary Education.

MODEL

Malviya Convent School has with the help of eminent educationists and based on researches in educational psychology, Brain based teaching and learning; formulated a Model for its Educational Programme. This Model is based on Field Theories of Learning and Cognitive Psychology and Development as that of the Geneva School of thought. Its main pillars are:
